A Porsche was split in half after a single-vehicle crash in Dunwoody on Meadow Lane near Ridgeview Road, according to police.
Officers said the vehicle struck a tree with enough force to split it in half. The driver sustained only minor injuries.
Photos from the scene show the driver’s seat was the only part of the car still intact.
The crash remains under investigation, with speed being considered a primary factor.
All lanes were temporarily closed as crews cleared the scene. The roadway has since reopened.
