Dwight Howard is looking to offload his jaw-dropping Suwanee estate, and he’s got an eye-catching price tag to match. The former NBA star has listed his 32,000-square-foot mansion, Rose Hill Estate, for $11.25 million.
Located on 14 acres near Suwanee Dam Road, this European-style mansion isn’t just big—it overflows with luxury. Builders completed the home in 2010 for a reported $40 million, packing it with 10 bedrooms, 12 full baths, and six fully equipped kitchens. The primary suite treats its owner to two fireplaces, a private balcony, and lavish separate baths and closets.

The property is designed for entertainment. A home theater, game room, gym, and heated saltwater pool are just the beginning. There’s also a half-court basketball setup, a private lake with a dock, and a garage spacious enough for over 10 cars.
Howard, an Atlanta native, made his mark early in basketball. After starring at Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy, he skipped college and entered the 2004 NBA draft, where he was the first overall pick. His career spanned multiple teams, including the Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, and Atlanta Hawks.
