Etihad Airways is gearing up for a significant expansion in the U.S., with plans to increase its soon-to-launch Atlanta service to daily flights. The UAE’s flagship carrier will start the route on July 2 with four weekly flights before ramping up to daily service beginning November 1.
This non-stop route between Zayed International Airport (AUH) and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) will be the only direct link between the UAE and Atlanta.

Travelers can expect top-tier service aboard the airline’s Airbus A350-1000, featuring 44 Business Class seats and 327 Economy seats. The decision to increase flight frequency comes in response to strong demand.
The route is expected to be popular among travelers connecting through Atlanta to key South Asian destinations, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and Karachi. Expanding service to Atlanta is just one part of Etihad’s broader growth strategy. The airline has announced plans for new routes to 13 global destinations this year, further strengthening its international network.
