A 19-year-old has been charged with murder after two teenage brothers were shot and killed in Lawrenceville on Wednesday night, according to Gwinnett County police.
Police identified the victims as 17-year-old Jordan Boykin and 14-year-old Antoine Boykin and arrested Alexander Canela-Panchi in connection with their deaths.
Officers were called to Heather Stone Way around 8:30 p.m. and found both teens with apparent gunshot wounds. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives believe Canela-Panchi met the brothers to sell them vapes. An argument broke out during the sale, and Canela-Panchi allegedly shot both teens.
Canela-Panchi stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Police said he and the brothers knew each other and had met once before.
He faces two counts of felony murder, two counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during a felony and possession with intent to distribute narcotics.
The brothers’ family disputes the police account. Relatives told local news stations the shooting had nothing to do with drugs and was about jealousy. They also said the brothers considered Canela-Panchi a friend.
Investigators believe the shooting was isolated and there was no ongoing threat to the public.
